Ranchi, Jan 25 (IANS) Jharkhand plans to open five mental hospitals with 10 beds each.
The hospitals will be set up at Dumka, Hazaribagh, Daltanganj, Chaibasa and Koderma, officials said.
"The hospitals will both outpatient departments and residential facilities," an official said.
