[RxPG] Gurgaon, May 19 - Gurgaon police Saturday recovered the bodies of three members of a family, who were allegedly murdered by their domestic help in their Palam Vihar residence here.
The blood-stained bodies of property dealer Vinod Kumar, his wife Saroj Devi and their eight-year-old son Chetanya were recovered from their residence in Sector 23 in Palam Vihar at around 8.40 a.m. when Vikas, Vinod's younger brother, rushed to their house after his telephone calls went unanswered.
On entering the house Vikas found the bodies lying in a pool of blood and immediately informed the police.
According to police, Nandan, the servant, was untraced since the incident. However, they have ruled out robbery as a motive behind the killings.
'We have dispatched teams to various places to nab the missing servant. Initial investigations suggest that robbery was not the motive behind the killings as no valuable items are missing from the house,' a senior official told IANS.
Police suspect the family members were killed with a sharp weapon and a heavy stick. However, they have not recovered any weapon yet.
'We have sent the bodies for autopsy and further investigations are underway,' the police official added.
