Royal college to launch new breast cancer training programme
Following the success of major clinical trials around the world, and a UK trial involving over 1000 breast cancer patients, The Royal College of Surgeons is to launch a new training programme, in partnership with Cardiff University, for surgical teams in sentinel node biopsy (SNB) - a minimally invasive procedure which forms part of the treatment for breast cancer.

CBI ARRESTS ONE MORE IN THE ALL INDIA POST GRADUATE MEDICAL QUESTION PAPER LEAK CASE
CBI arrested one Jainender Sahi, a resident of Lucknow for his involvement in the stealing of a question paper, photocopying it and leaking the question papers of All India Post Graduate Medical Education (AIPGMEE) -2002 to candidates. AIPGMEE is the entrance examination for Post Graduate Medical Education in the Country and is conducted under the supervision of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) every year. Earlier on 12. 1. 2004, CBI had arrested S/Shri Sunit Singh, B.D. Mishra, Dr.K.K. Singh and K.C. Bhargava for their involvement in the case.

CBI ARRESTS FOUR IN CONNECTION WITH AIPGMEE-2002 QUESTION PAPER LEAK
CBI has arrested four persons for their involvement in the leakage of question paper of All India Post Graduate Medical Education (AIPGMEE) -2002 which is the entrance examination for the Post Graduate Medical Education in the Country and is conducted under the supervision of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). S/Shri Sunit Singh, B.D. Mishra, Dr.K.K. Singh and K.C. Bhargava were arrested at Lucknow yesterday and were produced in the court and their transit remand upto Delhi was obtained. They were today produced in the designated CBI court at Patiala House, New Delhi and they have been remanded to CBI custody till 23.1.2004.
