[RxPG] Mumbai, April 7 - Outgoing Indian cricket coach Greg Chappell was Saturday admitted to a hospital here after complaining that he was feeling unwell. He was later discharged after a routine medical check-up was conducted.
Chappell, who Friday submitted his report on the Indian cricket team's debacle in the World Cup, was rushed to the Bombay Hospital.
'He was brought by his personal physician for a routine check-up as he was feeling stressed,' said a spokesperson of the Bombay Hospital.
'Chappell is perfectly well, but a bit stressed out from dehydration. He has been discharged after the check-up,' the official added.
Chappell underwent body profile tests including renal, lever, lipid and blood profiles.
The official had earlier read out a message from Chappell for the media: 'I came for a routine check-up and am fine.'
