In the men's 50m rifle prone event, Sanjeev Rajput finished 49th. Rajput the lone Indian shooter who had made it to the qualifications round of this event shot a score of 584.

[RxPG] New Delhi, April 8 - Indian shooter Samaresh Jung finished 13th in the men's 50 meters free pistol event at Fort Benning in the US.
On the last day of the shooting World Cup Saturday Chinese Lin Zhongzai won the gold with 668.2 points while the silver went to Swiss Schmid Christoph, who shot 659.7 points. Shi Xinglong of China won the bronze with a score of 656.7. Jung finishing at 13 shot a score of 534.
Amanpreet Singh Jhaam finished 27th with a score of 544 while Vivek Singh finished 38th with a score of 537.
In the men's 50m rifle prone event, Sanjeev Rajput finished 49th. Rajput the lone Indian shooter who had made it to the qualifications round of this event shot a score of 584.
Matthew Emmons of the US with a score of 701.8 won the gold in this event. Silver went to Germany's Christian Lusch with a score of 699.2 and Serbian Nemanja Mirosavljiv won the bronze with a total of 698.6.
