Lucknow, Jan 23 - Melinda Gates, co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation -, Wednesday called on Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and discussed the progress on the recently signed memorandum of cooperation signed between the state government and the foundation.
